Update: In order not to disappoint people coming here from Eli's only to find exactly the same clip, here's some more on American denial as a humorous topic that I recently posted.

This looks to be a clip from something much longer. The periodic shots of serious-looking listeners seem to be a standard technique.
The clip now shows Clinton only, just talking to the audience.

My agreement with an article is not necessarily implied and should not be inferred from inclusion here." but what the heck is interesting in that Forbes hack-job that's currently up there regurgitating tired lies about the meaning of Phil Jones emails etc? It's just irritating (and somehow on the list twice).

I suppose there has to be a first time.
I am an Australian and I have a great respect for the USA, but from the other side of the world I am constantly amazed at the surreal nature of your politics.
At the risk of angering many Americans I think the fault is with Jefferson and the other Founding Fathers as they gave the US a political system that seems designed not to work. In the first two years of the Obama Presidency, Democrats had strong majorities in both houses of Congress and you still could not pass a climate bill!
Compare what is happening here in Australia. We have a minority government (government does not have a majority of seats in either house of Parliament). But a majority has been put together in both houses to pass emissions trading scheme legislation. The ETS will become law in the middle of December.
We still have our versions of your Republicans and Tea Party who are telling hysterical lies but they are not going to stop the legislation.
I hope that when the legislation passes that it is given wide publicity in the US and elsewhere.
